Viacore Solutions is seeking a Rubber Production Operator to work on-site in Sudbury District. The role involves checking quality, preparing rubber materials, operating cutting, shaping, and finishing machines, inspecting finished products, and performing routine maintenance and reporting.

• Inspect finished rubber products for defects and conformance to specifications and quality standards
• Make minor adjustments or repairs to products
• Adjusting machinery and equipment to proper settings
• Load or feed rubber, pigments, filler, oil and chemicals into machines
• Perform other routine maintenance
• Complete reports
