Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Conveyancer at Pazder Law Corporation in Vancouver, BC. The Conveyancer will be responsible for reviewing purchase contracts and mortgage instructions, preparing mortgages, land transfers, property transfer tax applications, statements of adjustments and related real estate documents, as well as e-filing same at Land Titles.

Qualifications

• Completion of a legal assistant or legal secretary program
• Minimum of 2 years conveyancing experience
• Experience with E-Conveyance or GoVeyance software
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting
