A. Duties & Responsibilities

• Ensure paint racks are loaded and removed from the paint line according to supervisor’s instructions.
• Maintain cleanliness on the floor.
• Ensure paint racks are stored properly and organized.
• Communicate with the Conveyance Operator on the next shift to coordinate rack changes and tasks.
• Stock flow racks with empty bins and maintain required components.
• Retrieve empty boxes from the bin area as needed.
• Transport full WIP racks to the paint line and remove empty ones, reporting any issues with identification to the supervisor.
• Maintain WIP and finished goods using FIFO (first in, first out).
• Handle paint racks carefully to prevent damage.
• Assist with other paint line tasks such as loading parts and mask cleaning.
• Empty scrap bins as required.
• Remove garbage from the cell before the end of shift.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

B. Minimum Qualifications

• Good organizational skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

C. Required Skills

• Understanding of safety policies and maintaining a safe work environment.
