Job description

This is an interview position.

Responsibilities include loading and unloading aircraft and vehicles, sorting packages, ensuring efficient delivery and pick-up, checking shipments for conformance to Federal Express Canada standards, and providing related customer service functions.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record
• Preferred: One (1) year of customer-oriented business experience
• Ability to lift 70 lbs and maneuver packages up to 150 lbs with appropriate equipment
• Must pass mandatory pre-placement driver assessment training
• Knowledge of Federal Express Canada operations and Canadian Customs regulations is an asset
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Good time management and organizational skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to multitask, handle stress, and work in a high-pressure environment
• Flexibility to work different schedules and holidays as needed

Preferred Qualifications

Shift: Tuesday to Saturday, 12:00 PM to 8:30 PM. Must have a full valid Class G driver's license (G2 not acceptable). Job posting date: 05/20/2025; closing date: 05/27/2025 at 3:00 PM local time.
