Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive accounting experience, with 3+ years in a managerial or Controller role.
• Experience in project-based industries, energy, or infrastructure preferred.
• Proven ability to develop budgets, forecasts, and KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Lead the full-cycle accounting process including month-end and year-end close.
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and renewable energy project regulations.
• Manage cash flow, forecasting, and budgeting for project development.
