Key Responsibilities

As the Controller, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining financial health and driving informed decision-making. Your responsibilities include:

1. Leading the preparation of monthly financial statements to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
2. Overseeing financial reporting management, including balance sheets, expense tracking, income statements, budgets, and other financial reports.
3. Preparing working papers for year-end audits and collaborating with external auditors.
4. Ensuring compliance with and preparing reports aligned with government regulations.
5. Utilizing accounting software to maintain meticulous records and generate comprehensive reports.
6. Coordinating and preparing detailed financial reports for management.
7. Collaborating with division management to analyze performance metrics and provide actionable insights.
8. Conducting in-depth financial analysis to support strategic planning.
9. Contributing to the team’s success by performing related tasks and supporting cross-departmental efforts.
