About the role:

We're hiring a Controller to support our bookkeeping team and clients in a fully remote position. We don't micromanage, so you should be motivated to deliver excellent results for your clients. Comfort with modern communication and task-management tools is essential for effective collaboration.

Main responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle accounting processes for clients
• Lead the accounting team to ensure accurate and efficient work
• Communicate with and support clients to maximize the benefits of the financial data provided

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience as a Controller or in a related role
• Proficiency with QBO and/or Xero is required; Netsuite is a bonus
• Strong process orientation is an asset
• FP&A and financial modeling skills are assets
