Job summary

Kohl & Frisch Limited seeks a QPIC Supervisor to oversee controlled substances operations in a fast-paced distribution Centre in Canada. You will manage AQPIC tasks, inventory, audits, and regulatory compliance across all shifts, reporting to the Operations Manager - Days.

This role requires leadership, strong English communication, and GMP knowledge. You will train staff on SOPs, ensure secure storage, and participate in Health Canada audits, with clear accountability for documentation and

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree required with relevant regulatory knowledge.
• Demonstrated leadership experience and training ability.
• Experience in GMP distribution or warehouse environments is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Delegate AQPIC tasks to ensure coverage on all shifts.
• Manage controlled substances inventory, counts and returns.
• Lead audits with Health Canada and internal teams.
• Train staff on SOPs, GMP topics, and temperature controls.
• Provide coaching across all shifts as needed.
