Employee Benefit Consultants, Inc. is seeking a dedicated team member in Laval, Canada to handle customer inquiries, process orders, and track shipments. The role emphasizes learning about HVAC systems, while supporting customers with technical issues and warranty processes.

The successful candidate will work on-site and engage with suppliers and the internal team to ensure accurate, timely service. The position is permanent, full-time, with competitive benefits; training is provided to build

Qualifications

• HVAC experience is required.
• Bilingualism in French and English at an intermediate level to communicate with suppliers.
• MS Office proficiency.
• Knowledge of construction and renovation is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Answering customer enquiries by telephone, email, or at the counter.
• Completing purchase orders following requests received.
• Tracking orders for pickup or shipping.
• Using the SAP system.
• Ensuring part replacement warranty.
• Assist in storage upon receiving merchandise.
• Assisting customers with technical difficulties.
• Pursuing ongoing training to become an expert in air conditioning and heating.
• Performing any other related tasks as requested by direct supervisor.

Job requirements
