• Ability to work independently and remain calm under pressure.
• Basic to intermediate computer skills (Microsoft Office).

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day Control Centre operations to ensure work is completed accurately and on time.
• Act as a go-to resource for Resource Associates by answering questions and helping resolve issues.
• Help train and support team members to ensure they understand their roles and expectations.
• Assist with organizing documentation and keeping procedures up to date.
• Communicate challenges, updates, and progress to the Manager, Control Centre.
• Help implement new processes by documenting, training, and supporting the team through change.
• Work closely with employees and contractors to ensure smooth collaboration.
• Provide mentorship, guidance, and encouragement to help the team perform at their best.
• Develop decision-making, communication, and people-management skills.Participate in planning discussions and contribute ideas for improving processes and performance.
