Job summary

Aecon Concessions is seeking an Associate, Dispatch to support the dispatch of telecommunications technicians across Canada. The role requires strong administrative skills, bilingual communication in French and English, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

You will report to the Control Center Manager and contribute to safe, reliable operations while maintaining organized records and adhering to company policies.

Qualifications

  • Fluency in French and English (spoken and written).
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills.
  • Excellent computer skills, experience with Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to work under pressure with focus on deadlines, initiative and minimal supervision.
  • Experience in administration and distribution is an asset.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative and clerical support quickly and accurately.
  • Dispatch telecommunications technicians by email and/or phone for work across Canada.
  • Manage emails, phone calls or requests.
  • Learn, interpret and apply the organization's policies, rules and regulations.
  • Maintain and organize document files.
  • Assist other staff members with office tasks as required.
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities assigned by supervisor or manager.

Reporting to the Control Center Manager, the Dispatch Associate will be responsible for performing a variety of administrative tasks to support the dispatch of telecommunications technicians.

What You'll Do Here:
