TRS Staffing Solutions has exciting opportunities for a Contracts Technician role to work for one of Canada's top employers and a global leader in the Engineering, Procurement, Construction Management industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Compile and organize contract files for internal reviews and audits.
  • Coordinate pre-qualification processes for vendors and subcontractors.
  • Input and manage data across various platforms including ERP and contract management systems.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, safety standards, and quality procedures.
  • Collaborate with project teams to support contract close-out procedures and ensure timely completion of administrative tasks.
  • Support the development and distribution of bid packages and procurement documents.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with internal documentation standards.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, maintain calendars, and manage document control workflows.
  • Assist in the preparation and organization of contract-related documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Perform additional tasks as required.

Qualifications
  • Post-secondary education in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field is preferred.
  • 1-3 years of experience in a contract administration, procurement, or project support role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Experience with SAP or similar systems is an asset.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
