Job summary

Northern Health is seeking a Coordinator, Contracts to join its Risk & Compliance/Finance team. The role provides timely information on service contract portfolios with external providers, supports renewals, and helps establish monitoring systems to ensure deliverables are met.

You will analyze budgets and contracts, prepare deliverables, and communicate with stakeholders to promote positive, respectful relationships while supporting organizational performance improvement through data-driven

Qualifications

• Diploma in Business Administration, Accounting / Finance or related discipline, plus five (5) years recent related contract management experience in a large complex environment and working with contract management databases.
• Or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
• Procurement experience an asset.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate contracts and support budget, reporting and performance analysis as requested.
• Assist managers with contract renewals and establish monitoring systems to ensure deliverables are met.
• Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to promote positive and respectful relationships.
