The Contracts Administrator leads the coordination and administration of sale and lease contracts for our space rental and workforce housing projects. You will work closely with our team in Ottawa, ON. This is an in-office position.

What You Get to Do:
  1. Manage administrative and coordination activities, including reporting, coding, and invoicing.
  2. Work with spreadsheets, ensuring data accuracy and currency.
  3. Administer rental and sales agreements per the agreed terms.
  4. Be the main contact with clients post-sale for rental matters and project coordination such as deposits, insurance, invoicing, and payments.
  5. Manage subcontractors and vendor agreements to ensure compliance.
  6. Apply accounting principles and interests.
Who You Are:
  1. Understand administration, facilities management, and contract law.
  2. Ability to interpret contract terms.
  3. Knowledge of the Builders Lien Act, OHSA, and Workers’ Compensation Act.
  4. Proven ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  5. Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  6. Strong interpersonal, multitasking, organizational, and analytical skills.
