We are currently seeking a Contract Administrator to join our growing team and support the successful delivery of MTO (Ministry of Transportation Ontario) projects.

Responsibilities

1. Serve as the Contract Administrator on MTO/Municipalities construction assignments
2. Review and interpret contract and design documents
3. Monitor and verify contractor’s work for compliance with contract requirements and MTO standards
4. Respond to contractor inquiries and resolve issues on-site
5. Track and document daily site activities
6. Chair monthly progress meetings with stakeholders
7. Provide detailed reports and documentation through CMS
8. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure timely issue resolution
9. Provide prompt and thorough recommendations and analysis to MTO/Municipal clients

Qualifications

• P. Eng. or RCCA
• Completion of MTO T131 – Advanced Issues Resolution Training

Required Experience

• Proven experience as a Contract Administrator on MTO or municipal infrastructure projects or proven experience as a Senior Inspector on MTO or municipal projects.
• Strong understanding of construction standards, specifications, and contract administration procedures
