OpenTrain AI is seeking experienced transactional lawyers to work remotely on AI contract review projects in Canada. You will conduct mock negotiations, evaluate how AI handles commercial agreements, and provide actionable feedback to improve accuracy and risk analysis.

• Conduct mock negotiations and redline commercial deal documents
• Assess how AI handles contract scenarios, noting what it gets right, where it fails, and any legal risks or inaccuracies
• Use the project’s scoring framework to assess contract-review work consistently
• Give the model clear, practical feedback on the legal reasoning behind its contract analysis and how to improve it

• $70–$90 per hour, paid hourly as an independent contractor
