What you will do

1. The Contract Review Broker will be primarily responsible for reviewing all contracts and supporting the team of Transaction Specialists in the review of all contracts and ensuring that all documentation is in the file.
2. The Contact Review Broker may also be asked, from time to time, to supervise as a Managing Broker to a Branch Office.
3. This Broker may also be asked to cover the Designated Managing Broker or other Managing Brokers for holidays and sickness coverage.
4. Assist agents in complying with Provincial license law, focusing on transaction review, compliance training, and the eXp Risk Management program.
5. Maintain a thorough understanding of real estate compliance requirements at a Provincial level.
6. Collaborate effectively and possess a strong work ethic.
7. Be a “people-person” with the ability to implement systems and follow processes.

Additional responsibilities include:

• Ensuring eXp delivers exceptional brokerage support to agents in their representation of clients and customers.
• Contract review to ensure legal and contractual compliance of transactions.
• Conduct contract training to enhance agent’s knowledge of contracts, risk management, licensing, and provincial real estate law.
• Respond promptly to agent requests related to contract reviews and communication.
• Engage with agents and the Managing Broker in problem-solving complex transaction issues.
• Support the Transaction Specialists and agents in the initial review of Contracts and tracking missing paperwork.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Regional Operations Manager.
• Responsible for final archiving of transactions quarterly.
• May act as a Managing Broker for branch offices occasionally.
• Support any assigned eXp entity in your area.

• Hold an active real estate broker license with ongoing education credits.
• High competence in real estate compliance, legal obligations, and provincial/federal laws.
• Proven success managing a small to medium brokerage from a compliance and contracts perspective.
• Excellent communication skills across all levels.
• Highly collaborative with internal partners.
• Ability to make quick decisions and solve problems.
• Experience with Skyslope and Webforms preferred.
• Highest integrity and licensed as a Managing Broker.
