What you will do :

• The Contract Review Broker will be primarily responsible for reviewing all contracts and supporting the team of Transaction Specialists in the review of all contracts and ensuring that all documentation is in the file.
• The Contact Review Broker may also be asked, from time to time, to supervise as a Managing Broker to a Branch Office.
• This Broker may also be asked to cover the Designated Managing Broker or other Managing Brokers for holidays and sickness coverage.
• In supporting our agents in the delivery of exceptional real estate brokerage service, this position will assist agents to comply with Provincial license law, focusing on transaction review, compliance training, and the eXp Risk Management program.
• Must have a thorough understanding of real estate compliance requirements at a Provincial level, a collaborative approach, and a strong work ethic.
• Must be a “people-person” with the ability to implement systems and follow processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure eXp delivers exceptional brokerage support to agents in their representation of clients and customers.
• Review contracts to ensure legal and contractual compliance of transactions.
• Conduct contract training to enhance agent knowledge on contracts, risk management, licensing, and provincial real estate law.
• Respond promptly to agent requests related to contract reviews and communication.
• Engage with agents and the Managing Broker to resolve complex transaction issues.
• Support Transaction Specialists and agents in initial contract review and tracking missing paperwork.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Regional Operations Manager.
• Archive transactions quarterly.
• Support or act as Managing Broker for branch offices as needed.
• Support any eXp entity in your area as assigned.

How you will grab our attention :

• Hold an active real estate broker license with ongoing education credits in relevant areas.
• Deep knowledge of real estate compliance, legal obligations, and provincial/federal laws.
• Proven success managing a small to medium brokerage from a compliance perspective.
• Excellent communication skills across all levels.
• Highly collaborative and results-oriented.
• Ability to make quick decisions and solve problems.
• Experience with Skyslope and Webforms is strongly preferred.
• Possess the highest degree of integrity.
• Licensed as a Managing Broker with the provincial regulator.
