Job summary

Adaptive Talent is growing, and we are seeking a recruiter to focus on sourcing and end-to-end recruiting. You will manage candidate flow, from first contact through offers, while the team handles client relationships and account management.

You’ll source and recruit senior individual contributors and leaders across most functions, using our ATS and your LinkedIn network. We value integrity, results, and a collaborative spirit, and we offer a transparent pay model with commissions.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of recruitment experience with a growth mindset.
• Proven ability to source and manage candidates through the full cycle.
• Experience using ATS and LinkedIn for talent sourcing.

Responsibilities

• Source and recruit senior contributors and leaders across functions.
• Manage candidate communication and guide them through the interview process.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to ensure successful placements.

Adaptive Talent is growing, and we are looking for colleagues to help us with Sourcing and end-to-end Recruiting (we’ll handle account management, you handle candidate management).

We’ve been successful because we curate high quality candidates that match client needs, and we thoughtfully manage the entire process for candidates, hiring managers, and HR professionals. You’ll be sourcing and recruiting senior individual contributors and leaders across all sectors and most job functions (except Engineers and IT Specialists). You’ll be a good match with us if you are:
