Qualifications

• Experience with databases, document management systems, and project tracking tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated initiative and willingness to learn.
• Co-op, internship or project support experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and organize project data, records, and documentation.
• Prepare, format, and coordinate engineering reports and deliverables.
• Upload and manage project files in document control systems.
• Track project schedules and internal information.
• Coordinate with engineers, designers, and project managers for current docs.
• Support Defence project administration activities.
• Assist with quality control reviews and data verification.
• Participate in team meetings and project coordination.
