Job summary

Starting wage: $24.67/hour Additional $1.00/hour night-shift premium 12-hour shifts from approximately 6:45/7:00 PM to 6:45/7:00 AM night shift position. 2-2-3 rotation schedule, totaling 84 hours over a two-week period.

What you’ll be responsible for each day:

• Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)

• Perform equipment washing and sanitation
• Support production activities as needed
• Follow company policies, safety rules, and quality standards
• Complete additional tasks as assigned

The individual who will own this role:

• High School Diploma (required)
• Previous food industry or manufacturing experience (preferred)
• Physically capable of standing, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs
• Strong attention to safety and hygiene
• Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work with minimal supervision
• Willingness to work shifts and occasional overtime
• Must have reliable transportation
