Job summary

NAIT’s Continuing Education seeks Contract Instructors to teach Meatcutting/Butchering, delivering hands‑on instruction across Indigenous communities in Alberta and beyond. The role requires travel and accommodation with daytime Mon–Fri availability; some weekends may be needed.

Responsibilities

• Prepare game processing demonstrations including primal cuts and sausages.
