Job summary

Four Seasons Hotel Toronto is seeking a Contract Full-Time Banquet Chef De Partie to join our culinary team. The role runs from early October 2026 to around January 1, 2027, with starting pay at 30.03 CAD/hour and a full-rate of 33.37 CAD/hour.

The candidate must be able to work across all shifts, including evenings, weekends and holidays. Ideal applicants bring at least five years of kitchen experience in fast-paced restaurant operations, plus the know-how to thrive in a luxury hotel

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of kitchen/cook experience in a fast-paced restaurant operation.
• Experience in a luxury hotel with comparable service and standards is an asset.
• Trained and certified in safe food handling.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with colleagues and Sous Chefs to deliver a flawlessly executed banquet program.
• Maintain high standards of food quality, plate presentation, and portions.
• Be flexible to work evenings, weekends and holidays as needed.
