The Co-op Refinery Complex (CRC) is hiring a Contract Coordinator on a permanent basis on our Maintenance & Reliability team in Regina, SK.

We are seeking a Contract Coordinator to join our fast-paced industrial environment and play a key role in managing contractor activities across operations. What you’ll do:

  • Oversee the coordination and supervision of contractors across Maintenance & Reliability, Process, Turnaround, and HSSE departments, ensuring efficient and compliant service delivery.
  • Manage contract execution in the field, including scope development, safety compliance, resource allocation, and contractor performance monitoring.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to build detailed scopes of work, evaluate bids, support contractor onboarding, and resolve cost, quality, or schedule issues.
  • Lead contract lifecycle activities from implementation to close-out, including timesheet/invoice verification, performance evaluations, and lessons learned documentation.
  • Develop and implement contract management strategies for high-risk and complex contracts, using industry expertise and strong negotiation skills to mitigate risk and drive continuous improvement.

Who you’ll work with:

The Team: You will work on a team of 2 other Contract Coordinators and a Logistics & Materials Coordinator and will be responsible for overseeing the contractors within your scope.

Who you are:

  • You have 6+ years of relevant experience working in construction or an industrial setting ideally within construction management and/or contracts management. Experience working as a tradesperson or strong knowledge of trade disciplines would be an asset.
  • You have a business or technical diploma, trade certificate, and/or PMP (a combination of relevant education and experience may be considered).
  • You ideally have functional knowledge of CMMS systems and are comfortable operating within various systems.
