Job summary

T&T Supermarket Inc. is seeking a Contract and Compliance Analyst to strengthen contracting and compliance practices within the team in Canada.

You will draft, review, and negotiate procurement and other commercial agreements while monitoring relevant regulatory developments in Canada and the United States. You will help turn requirements into clear contracts, policies, procedures, and business practices, addressing contract, legal, regulatory, and compliance risks across T&T.

Qualifications

University degree or relevant qualification in procurement, legal or related field.
2–5 years experience drafting and negotiating contracts or in a compliance.
Strong contract drafting and negotiation skills with risk awareness.
Excellent project management and prioritization abilities.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills across all levels.

Responsibilities

Draft, review, negotiate, administer, and maintain procurement and other commercial agreements.
Update contracts and support restructuring to reflect changing business needs, commercial arrangements, and legal requirements.
Identify contract risks and propose practical solutions aligned with business objectives.
Prepare contract summaries and risk assessments for business teams.
Research and monitor relevant laws and industry standards in Canada and the United States.
Help develop, implement internal policies, standards, procedures, guidelines, and compliance materials.
Coordinate with internal teams and external parties to resolve contract and compliance matters.
