Job summary

Kelly is seeking a Business Analyst - Non-Technical on a contract basis in Calgary. You will manage vendor relationships for non-IT projects, help define goals, deadlines, metrics, and budgets, and report to a project manager or director.

This role requires collaboration with stakeholders and technical teams on system enhancements and business-process improvements. Ideal candidates have 2–4 years of related experience, a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, and strong analytical skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business management, economics, finance, HR, or related field.
• 2–4 years of related experience.
• Strong business analysis and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience gathering and documenting requirements.
• Experience supporting system testing and process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Support SCM systems and applications, including investigating and resolving business process and system issues
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT): develop test scenarios, coordinate testing, track defects, and validate requirements
• Analyze business data and system information to identify trends, issues, and improvement opportunities
• Coordinate with business stakeholders and technical teams on system enhancements and project activities
