Qualifications

• Experience in providing personal care is required.
• Clear Vulnerable Sector Screen.
• Negative TB Test.
• Valid driver’s license to drive independently and access to a dedicated vehicle is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care to patients (ie. Grooming, dressing, bathing, etc.)
• Travel from patient to patient completing several home visits per day.
