Haven Studios is seeking a highly organized Character Content Manager to ensure a fast-moving character art pipeline stays on schedule across global partners. The role focuses on project management, pipeline optimization, and asset logistics to keep artists focused on quality while you handle schedule alignment and risk mitigation.
You will coordinate with internal leads and external vendors, optimize tracking systems, and drive sprint planning with visibility into asset readiness and timeline
In May 2021, we embarked on a journey to start Haven Studios with a small team and big ambitions. Our goal was to build a studio where we could make the kind of games we’ve always wanted to create – and games we’ve longed to play.
We established a culture at Haven grounded in kindness, adaptability and courage that unlocks creativity. Our first new IP for PlayStation is on track to deliver a AAA multiplayer experience with a vision to build a systemic and evolving world focused on freedom, thrill, and playfulness that will keep players entertained and engaged for years.
Haven joined the PlayStation Studios family in 2022, and we are on track to build an exclusive new IP for Playstation and grow the first Sony game development team in Canada.
We are seeking an incredibly organized, logistics-driven Character Content Manager to ensure our Character Art pipeline runs efficiently.
You do not need to be a formal people manager. Instead, your strength lies in world-class project management, pipeline optimization, and asset logistics. In this role, you will coordinate the massive influx of daily assets flowing from multiple global external development and outsourcing partners. Your focus is to ensure our character artists can focus on quality while you handle the complex traffic of schedule alignment, tracker integration, risk mitigation, and feedback loops.
