As a Content Management Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the consistency, efficacy, and impact of Global Excel Management's customer-facing content. You will oversee the prioritization of optimizations across various channels, including but not limited to the virtual help center FAQs, automated email templates, and member portals. Additionally, you will support other departments' initiatives to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

What does your typical day look like?

  • Develop baseline KPIs for business stakeholders to evaluate content impact;
  • Prioritize content updates based on business objectives and customer feedback;
  • Regularly update and refresh existing content to ensure relevance, accuracy, and alignment with strategic business objectives and industry best practices;
  • Transform technical content into audience-appropriate content;
  • Establish evaluation protocols to measure content efficacy and impact;
  • Collaborate with internal and external partners to ensure translated content is accurate and relevant to the audience and aligned with business goals.

What skills and experience are we looking for?

  • A Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or equivalent work experience;
  • Five years of experience in a content or knowledge base maintenance role;
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects requiring internal validation and feedback;
  • Experience overseeing translations (a strong asset);
  • Outstanding communication skills in English and French (written and verbal); knowledge of additional languages such as Spanish is an asset;
  • Attention to detail, exceptional organizational skills, and a keen eye for accuracy.
