BCAA Holdings Ltd. in British Columbia seeks a creative, social-first Content Creator to bring the Evo brand to life across digital channels. You’ll ideate, film, edit, publish, and deliver authentic on-camera content, supporting events, partnerships, and brand activations throughout BC.

The role involves regular travel within the Lower Mainland and BC for content capture and events, with a hybrid work model and flexible hours including mornings, evenings, and weekends.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated success creating engaging social-first content.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and trends.
• Experience planning, filming, editing, and publishing content across multiple channels.
• Proficiency with video editing tools and creating captions, scripts, and storyboards.

Responsibilities

• Create engaging, social-first content from concept to publication, including ideation, scripting, filming, editing, publishing, and performance optimization.
• Bring the Evo brand to life across digital channels through storytelling and audience engagement.
• Serve as on-camera representative of Evo, showcasing services and brand stories.
• Produce photo, video content for platforms including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn.
• Monitor social trends and audience insights to identify opportunities for timely content.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, and internal partners to support campaigns and growth initiatives.
• Analyze content performance and apply insights to improve engagement.
• Support content planning, production logistics, asset management, and editorial calendar execution.
• Capture content at events, activations, and community initiatives throughout British Columbia.
• Coordinate brand activations and support Brand Ambassador program.
