About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and creativeContent Creator & Videographerto join our growing real estate brand. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about storytelling, has a solid understanding of real estate and social media trends, and is comfortable working behind and in front of the camera. You must be fluent inboth Hindi and Englishand ready to travel within and outside London, Ontario as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Creation & Scripting

• Write compelling and informative scripts for real estate videos, blogs, and social media content (Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Research market trends to create relevant and engaging content for first-time buyers, investors, and sellers
• Write SEO-friendly website blogs related to real estate

Video Production

• Shoot and record professional-quality content on-site and on-location
• Edit short-form and long-form video content for reels, YouTube, and promotional campaigns
• Manage all aspects of the content pipeline: planning, recording, editing, and publishing

Social Media Strategy

• Create consistent, on-brand content tailored to each platform
• Collaborate on content calendars and ideas to increase engagement and lead generation

Travel

• Willingness to travel for shoots, client stories, and on-location branding within and beyond London, Ontario

Qualifications:

• Fluency inHindi and English(verbal and written)
• Proven experience creating content for realtors or real estate brands
• Strong skills in video shooting, editing (e.g., Adobe Premiere, Final Cut, CapCut, or similar tools)
• Ability to write engaging copy and scripts for various platforms
• Experience writing website blogs (real estate preferred)
• Strong understanding of Instagram Reels, YouTube videos, and LinkedIn content
• Creative, proactive, organized, and able to meet deadlines
• Access to a car for travel (preferred but not mandatory)
