The Opportunity
The Content Creator is responsible for developing and maintaining the content roadmap for the in-application educational content library. This role involves executing video content strategies for Investly, including educational content within the app and for social media channels. The position reports to both the Investly team and the Corporate Affairs & Social Media teams.
What You Will Do
- Build and maintain a content library aligned with the needs of the marketing and social media teams.
- Develop and manage the content roadmap for in-application educational content.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to prioritize impactful content that educates users about investing and Investly.
- Identify new content needs and update the roadmap accordingly.
- Create targeted content journeys for specific client segments.
- Develop and maintain the social media content roadmap within the Investly Content Pillars strategy.
- Coordinate with Marketing & Corporate Affairs to develop short-form content for external channels.
- Work with legal and compliance teams to vet and approve content for marketing and acquisition.
- Use performance data and feedback to refine content strategies.
- Script, film, direct, and produce short-form videos following the content roadmaps.
- Ensure content meets legal, compliance, brand, and tone guidelines.
What We’re Looking For
- Post-secondary education (3-year program) or equivalent experience.
- Degree in production, journalism, finance, or related field preferred.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience.
- Active portfolio of self-produced social media content (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts).
- Experience in asset management or financial services media production is a plus.
- Bilingual in English/French is an asset.
