Job summary

Candidates should have a high school diploma and a diploma in Logistics/Transportation or Shipping, with 2 years of related experience. Proficiency in MS Office and strong organizational and communication skills are required.

Qualifications

• High school graduation required; diploma in Logistics, Transportation or Shipping preferred.
• Two years of relevant work experience or equivalent education/experience.
• Ability to follow procedures with attention to detail and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Allocate containers arriving on the terminal via truck, rail, or vessel.
• Create allocations for empty containers and for Export/Import loads.
• Plan traffic to avoid congestion and maximize terminal productivity.
• Consolidate to maximize space and complete inter-department communications.
