The Project Sales Specialist will support customer’s projects from start to finish inclusive of expediting installation, special orders and working closely with stores, vendors, service providers and the field team.Associates in this position will provide the highest level of customer service support to customers where substantial product knowledge and advanced selling skills are critical to success. Project Sales Specialists will assess customer needs and guide customer decisions as well as provide timely follow-ups to ensure sales conversion.

Associates in this role are required to provide excellent customer support via customer’s preferred contact method following the outlined timeline expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

Managing Customer Project:

  • Consistently demonstrate selling skills to effectively manage pipeline and cycle time
  • Ability to prioritize inbound leads, measures, tracking progress, and execution of conversion to sale.
  • Own the customer experience and overcome objections by utilizing available tools and resources.
  • Consultatively sell products and services by effectively communicating their benefits and demonstrating how they address specific customer requirements.
  • Effectively balance several complex projects simultaneously, while ensuring an excellent customer experience and adhering to process and timeline expectations.
  • Support in sales retention and recovery processes to optimize customer loyalty and experiences.
  • Able to work independently with minimum direction as well as in a team environment.

Customer Service:

  • Develop strong and cohesive relationships with customers and internal partners by understanding their unique needs, challenges, and project goals.
  • Conduct consistent and timely follow-ups via customer’s preferred method of communication throughout the project, to optimize customer experience, drive loyalty and generate referral business.
  • Communicates effectively to ensure the customer understands and agrees with the project scope, timelines, and steps to completion.
  • Required to act with empathy and sensitivity while maintaining a passion for assessing customer needs.

Documentation

  • Craft and provide compelling sales packages that outline project scope, timelines, any relevant documents and expected outcomes to customers.
  • Identify process opportunities and exhibit entrepreneurial spirit by providing solutions to leaders to continuously improve the customer experience.

Minimum Education:

The knowledge, skills and abilities typically acquired through the completion of a bachelor's degree/college diploma program or equivalent program in a field of study related to the job.

Minimum Years of Work Experience:

Internal Candidates: Must fulfill minimum time-in-position (1 year).

External Candidates: 3-5 years customer experience required, preferably in a sales-driven environment, call centre operations or similar experience preferred.

Principales responsabilités

Gestion des projets des clients

  • User constamment de ses compĂ©tences en vente pour gĂ©rer efficacement les ventes potentielles et les Ă©chĂ©anciers.
  • Prioriser les clients potentiels entrants, les prises de mesures, le suivi de la progression et la conversion en ventes.
  • Prendre en charge l’expĂ©rience des clients et rĂ©pondre aux objections en ayant recours aux outils et aux ressources Ă  sa disposition.
  • Conseiller et vendre des produits et des services aux clients en promouvant efficacement leurs avantages et en dĂ©montrant comment ils rĂ©pondent Ă  leurs besoins.
  • GĂ©rer efficacement divers projets complexes simultanĂ©ment, tout en offrant une expĂ©rience exceptionnelle aux clients et en respectant les processus et les Ă©chĂ©anciers Ă©tablis.
  • Soutenir la rĂ©cupĂ©ration des ventes et les processus en place visant Ă  fidĂ©liser les clients et Ă  amĂ©liorer leur expĂ©rience.
  • Travailler de manière autonome avec un minimum d’encadrement ainsi qu’en Ă©quipe.

Service à la clientèle

  • Établir des relations durables et Ă©troites avec les clients et les partenaires internes en comprenant leurs besoins, difficultĂ©s et objectifs uniques.
  • Effectuer un suivi opportun et uniforme auprès des clients par l’entremise de leur moyen de communication prĂ©fĂ©rĂ© au fil de la progression de leur projet pour amĂ©liorer leur expĂ©rience, les fidĂ©liser et favoriser l’obtention de nouveaux clients.
  • Communiquer efficacement avec les clients pour s’assurer qu’ils comprennent et acceptent l’ampleur, l’énoncĂ© des travaux et l’échĂ©ancier de leur projet.
  • Faire preuve d’empathie et de sensibilitĂ© tout en se vouant Ă  l’évaluation des besoins des clients.
