Job summary

McKenzie Health Care Recruitment Inc. seeks an experienced Consultant / Project Manager / Medical Director to lead the creation of a 4,500 sq. ft. MRI and CT Imaging Centre in Richmond, BC. The role covers clinical strategy, facility design, equipment selection, regulatory approvals and opening readiness.

You will coordinate clinical team development, work with architects and vendors, and ensure compliance with DAP accreditation and municipal requirements throughout concept to operation.

• Extensive diagnostic imaging experience and leadership in clinical planning.
• Strong knowledge of DAP accreditation requirements.
• Experience with MRI/CT vendors and imaging equipment selection.

McKenzie Health Care Recruitment Inc. is partnering with a private health client to recruit an experienced Consultant / Project Manager / Medical Director to lead clinical planning and development of a new 4,500 sq. ft. MRI and CT Diagnostic Imaging Centre.

This leadership role involves shaping clinical strategy, facility design, equipment selection, regulatory approvals, and operational planning from concept to opening. The successful candidate will lead clinical team development, collaborate with architects and vendors, and oversee compliance with DAP accreditation and municipal requirements.

What You Bring:

• Extensive Diagnostic Imaging experience
• Strong knowledge of DAP accreditation requirements
• Proven experience with MRI/CT vendors
• Healthcare facility planning & regulatory familiarity
• Leadership & communication skills

Preferred:

• BC Licensed physician or eligible
• Experience commissioning new imaging centres
• Familiarity with local health authorities and outpatient imaging operations
• Flexible arrangements available: full-time, part-time, or consulting.
