Your goal in this position is to provide transformational leadership to the Medical Imaging and Laboratory Medicine Programs that embraces evidence-based care within the framework of the mission, vision, values and strategic direction of the organization. In partnership with the Chief and Medical Director, your leadership will extend by ensuring the highest quality of care and patient and family experience within each program. In addition, you will provide direct leadership, management, coaching and mentoring to the management team within the various programs across multi-sites and will support innovation, and enable a culture of learning, diversity and inclusion. You will be responsible for the physical, financial, and human resources for your portfolio and will ensure the clinical and regulatory compliance of the teams. You are self-directed and are able to deal with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities. You have exceptional organizational, verbal and written communication, interpersonal and strong customer service skills. This position supports the Hospital’s academic mandate by advancing care through teaching and learning and/or transforming care through research and innovation. This position contributes to the shared responsibility of ensuring health and safety policies are followed to provide for a healthy environment for patients, staff, physicians, volunteers and families.

This is a Full-Time Permanent Position with 8-hour shifts, days shifts, in the Medical Imaging, Laboratory Medicine and Genetics Lab program.
