Position overview:
The Consultant in Performance, Accountability, and Funding Allocation will navigate the healthcare landscape to influence regional Performance Management and enhance Ontario Health's external presence in the Regions. The role involves managing challenges during change, leveraging data and analytics to improve operational performance, and ensuring processes are leading-edge to maximize efficiencies. The Consultant will work within the Ontario Health Team to promote integrated care and system transformation.
Key responsibilities include developing and implementing initiatives to advance integrated care, leading partnership projects, and building system capacity through strategic relationships. The role also involves high-level management of funding and performance matters for community health service providers, engaging with senior leadership, and acting as the face of Ontario Health Regions in accountability and performance management.
