Role Overview:
The Consultant will navigate healthcare landscapes, influence regional performance management, and enhance Ontario Health’s external presence. Responsibilities include managing challenges during change, leveraging data analytics for operational improvements, and ensuring processes are cutting-edge to maximize efficiencies. The role involves working with the Ontario Health Team to integrate care and develop system-wide initiatives to promote partnerships and system capacity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage community health service provider funding and performance matters, advising OH Directors.
- Engage with senior hospital leadership, ministry, and community partners.
- Lead strategies for system integration and transformation.
- Oversee financial allocations, funding plans, and complex financial decisions.
- Develop and maintain strategic partnerships across health sectors.
- Lead and support project teams, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Health Administration, Business Administration, or related field.
- At least 8 years of senior healthcare management and financial experience.
- Minimum 5 years of team leadership experience.
- Strong relationship-building, project management, and strategic planning skills.
- Deep knowledge of Ontario’s healthcare system and funding models.
