Job summary

X/Celerant is seeking several full-time Management Consultants to join our team anywhere in Canada. The Consultant will coach shop floor level meetings in a manufacturing setting and install metrics and LEAN tools to drive improvements.

You will work closely with clients to ensure deliverables are met in a timely manner and bring strong experience in operations management consulting, data analysis, and project management. 100% travel is required.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in Operations Management Consulting for Senior Consultant roles.
• 5-10 years of experience in Operations Management Consulting for Project Manager and Director roles.
• Bachelor's degree in business, economics, engineering, or other related fields.
• Demonstrated experience using LEAN tools in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work in a team environment and prioritize duties effectively.
• Experience in data analysis, project management, and/or supply chain management is a plus.
• Demonstrated interest and understanding of operations strategy.
• Authorization to work in Canada without sponsorship.
• 100% travel required.
• Physical requirements: ability to see, hear, and walk through manufacturing sites including some stairs.
