Job summary

SITE Resource Group Limited Partnership (SRG) is seeking a Surveyor to join our team for diverse construction projects across Canada. You will perform field surveys, support design and planning, and ensure data accuracy using Topcon and Trimble instruments.

The ideal candidate has post-secondary education, 5+ years in surveying, strong data analysis, and excellent communication. Safety-oriented with CSTS 2020, First Aid, Ground Disturbance tickets.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary education in a related field is required.
• 5+ years' experience as a Surveyor in construction.
• Proficiency with Topcon and Trimble systems and total stations.
• Strong data analysis and reporting skills.
• Safety knowledge and regulatory awareness for surveying work.

Responsibilities

• Perform construction layouts using traditional and advanced surveying equipment and techniques
• Gather field data, measurements, and observations for project development and design
• Produce detailed survey reports and maps for team use
• Work with construction teams to align survey data with project plans
• Inspect, maintain, and calibrate surveying instruments for accuracy
• Assist in site layouts, grades, and elevations to guide construction
• Visit sites to verify conditions and resolve discrepancies
