Currently, we are seeking a Construction Survey Calculator/Drafter – Western Canada with experience in construction surveys who is eager to grow with our forward-thinking company.

The Work

• Drafting as-built and redline plans for construction surveys, including piles, topo surveys, material cut/fills, and pipelines.
• Calculating piles, anchor bolts, and foundations.
• Designing and calculating quantities using AutoCAD Civil 3D for multi-layered surfaces.
• Creating clean, professional deliverables.
• Collaborating with field crews and project leads to understand job scope and deliver quality products to clients.
• Liaising with clients to provide solutions and excellent customer service.
• Performing quality control on field data and calculations.
• Interpreting construction IFC and engineering drawings.
• Understanding land survey drawings and the Western Canadian Land Tenure system.
• Working independently from home using CORE's virtual system.
• Being on call during evenings and weekends, and working overtime to support emergency field layouts.
