The Field Supervisor (FS) is responsible for supervising the field operations teams (GDI and subcontractors). Responsibilities include reviewing project schedules, training installers and subcontractors, monitoring work progress and expenses, field measures, permits, assisting crews with start/finish, completing service calls, and meeting with customers on complex jobs.

Responsibilities

• Maintain branch quality standards
• Measure jobs and check for potential installation issues before start
• Review concerns with Installation Supervisor and Regional Operations Manager
• Review contracts with customers
• Diagnose and perform service work; install jobs as needed
• Train employees and subcontractors
• Ensure crews have proper materials and equipment loaded
• Oversee Lead Installers and Apprentices, training them on procedures
• Obtain building permits as required
• Review schedule with Installation Supervisor
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Minimum of 10 years’ experience in construction, focusing on sunrooms, doors, and windows. Must understand product lines, diagnose and resolve service issues, and be proficient with technology. Organized, proactive, and capable of managing customer, employee, and subcontractor interactions within company expectations.

Performance Expectations

• Achieve revenue projections
• Maintain 90% or better customer service survey scores
• Complete training milestones within specified timeframes
• Generate 30% online review rate for installed jobs
