Opportunity :

The EV Construction Manager will oversee the design, construction, and installation of EV infrastructure, including charging stations and electrical systems. Requires experience in construction management, electrical systems, and the EV industry. Ensures projects are completed on time, within budget, and compliant with safety and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities :

  • Manage end-to-end construction of EV infrastructure projects
  • Lead and supervise project teams
  • Develop and manage budgets, timelines, and resources
  • Supervise quality and ensure safety standards
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders
  • Ensure compliance and obtain permits
  • Identify and mitigate risks
  • Provide regular project updates to leadership

Education :

  • Degree or certification in construction / project management, electrical engineering, or related field; Master's preferred

Requirements :

  • 5-7 years in construction management, with 3+ years in EV infrastructure or electrical projects
  • PMP or similar certifications preferred
  • Strong knowledge of electrical systems and EV infrastructure
  • Ability to manage multiple projects
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Bilingual in French and English
