Job summary

Infinity Health is seeking a hands-on Construction Site Supervisor to manage day-to-day field operations at our Edmonton location. You will supervise trades, enforce safety, and ensure work is completed on schedule and to spec.

You will lead on-site delivery, read blueprints, and maintain daily logs, toolbox talks, and quality checks in compliance with Alberta OHS and Building Code. Experience in vertical construction in multi-family projects is preferred, with CSTS-20 and First Aid/CPR

Qualifications

• 3+ years leading construction sites (lead hand/supervisor).
• CSTS-20 and First Aid/CPR certifications; COR/SECOR a plus.

We are seeking a hands-on, dependable Construction Site Supervisor to manage day-to-day field operations at our Edmonton location. You will be the primary eyes and ears on the ground, supervising trades, enforcing safety, and ensuring work is completed accurately and on schedule.

*LOOKING FOR EXPERIENCE IN VERTICAL CONSTRUCTION IN MULTI FAMILY

Key Responsibilities

• Trade Supervision: Direct day-to-day subcontractor work, coordinate site layout, and resolve daily on-site crew issues.
• Schedule Enforcement: Keep daily operations moving to meet strict project timeline milestones.
• Alberta OHS Compliance: Enforce Alberta Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) regulations and run daily morning toolbox talks.
• Quality & Plan Review: Read blueprints and technical drawings to verify that work meets design specifications.
• Site Logs: Complete accurate daily site journals, material tracking sheets, and incident reports.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Experience: 3+ years of direct experience as a Lead Hand, Foreman, or Supervisor on active construction sites.
• Safety Certifications: Current CSTS-20 (Construction Safety Training System) and First Aid/CPR. Experience with COR/SECOR sites is highly valued.
• Local Logistics: Valid Alberta Class 5 driver’s license with a clean abstract and reliable personal transport to the job site.
• Knowledge: Strong familiarity with the Alberta Building Code and standard framing/structural construction processes.
