Position Overview : As a Superintendent, you will be responsible for managing and supervising on-site construction activities, ensuring the successful execution of projects related to site preparation and ground improvements.

The ideal candidate will bring hands-on experience, strong leadership skills, and a focus on safety to contribute to the company's continued success.

Key Responsibilities :

  • On-Site Management :

Oversee day-to-day construction activities, ensuring compliance with project plans, specifications, and safety standards.

  • Lead by example in maintaining a safety-conscious work environment.

Supervise and coordinate on-site construction teams, including subcontractors and in-house staff.

  • Provide guidance, training, and support to ensure efficient and high-quality project execution.
  • Schedule Adherence :

Work closely with the project manager to develop and maintain project schedules.

  • Monitor progress and implement adjustments to ensure on-time project delivery.
  • Quality Control :

Implement and enforce quality control processes to meet or exceed project specifications.

  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure work meets industry standards.
  • Communication :

Maintain clear communication channels between on-site teams, project managers, and other stakeholders.

  • Report progress, issues, and potential risks to project management.
  • Problem Resolution :

Identify and address on-site challenges promptly, implementing effective solutions to keep projects on track.

  • Collaborate with project management to resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Resource Management :

Manage on-site resources efficiently, including manpower, equipment, and materials.

  • Coordinate with the project manager to ensure resource availability aligns with project needs.

Qualifications :
