Job Type : Full-Time, Permanent

Schedule : Monday to Friday, 8-hour shifts

Work Location : On-site

Job Summary :

We are currently hiring a Site Superintendent to lead construction site operations for commercial and residential projects. You'll be responsible for scheduling, crew supervision, site coordination, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards .

Key Responsibilities :

Oversee day-to-day construction site activities

Develop and manage project schedules and logistics

Supervise field crews, subcontractors, and vendors

Conduct site meetings, safety briefings, and quality inspections

Maintain project documentation and daily logs

Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams

Uphold WorkSafeBC safety protocols and site compliance

Address on-site issues and communicate updates to the Project Manager

Qualifications :

10+ years of experience as a Site Superintendent

Deep understanding of construction drawings, codes, and best practices

Proficiency in MS Office and Bluebeam

Valid BC Class 5 driver's license and clean driving record

First Aid certification (required)

Red Seal certification (asset)
