Canadian Tire Corporation, Limited is seeking a detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our Real Estate and Store Operations team. The role focuses on delivering innovative solutions and customer satisfaction, supporting the Director of Real Estate Integration, and coordinating transitions from construction to operations with Dealers, Project Teams, and Asset Managers.

You will maintain tracking for deficiencies, warranty items, and maintenance issues, support training, manage documentation

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years in construction management, design, engineering, or related field.
• Experience in commercial real estate with large retailers, developers, or construction firms.
• Excellent communication across cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Strong organizational and time-management capabilities.
• Experience tracking and reporting risks and issues.

Responsibilities

• Champion customer service excellence and foster a culture of communication.
• Provide administrative and operational support to the Director of Real Estate Integration.
• Lead project coordination from construction to ready for operations with Dealers, Project Teams, and Asset Managers.
• Maintain tracking systems for deficiencies, warranty items, and maintenance issues.
• Support training initiatives and manage transfer of documentation, scheduling, and construction administration.
• Administer contracts, purchase orders, and change orders with precision.
• Collaborate with Store Planning and Construction to resolve items.
• Assist the Director with scheduling, communications, change notices, and pricing adjustments.
• Ensure organized record-keeping of project documentation.
• Cultivate internal and external relationships to drive project success.
• Monitor deficiencies to ensure timely resolution.
