Job summary
Eagle Builders in Blackfalds, AB seeks a Project Manager to lead construction projects from planning to completion. You will coordinate teams, review drawings, manage resources, and ensure safety, on-time delivery and quality for clients and partners. This role requires 5+ years in construction PM and a valid Alberta license.

Qualifications
- Minimum 5+ years of construction project management experience.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods and sequencing.
- Experience reviewing drawings, specs, and project documents.
- Local to Central Alberta or willing to relocate.
- Valid Class 5 driver's license.
Responsibilities
- Lead projects from planning to completion.
- Coordinate project teams, suppliers, subcontractors, and consultants.
- Monitor schedules, budgets, contracts, and project progress.
- Identify risks and implement solutions.
- Communicate with clients, leadership, and project stakeholders.
- Support quality, safety, and project success.
- Build strong relationships that support long-term partnerships.
