Job summary

O.N. Site Construction Inc. in Oakville, Ontario, seeks a Project Coordinator to join the Project Management team. The role integrates with clients, trades, and our Finance team, coordinating information flow and project documentation.

Responsibilities include tender support, drawing management, project setup in Jonas Premier, subcontract coordination, and financial forecasting. A strong emphasis on communication, organization, and stakeholder relationships is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of Project Coordinator experience.
• Post-secondary education in Construction Management or equivalent.
• Ability to build relationships with multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong organization, planning and time management.
• Analytical, problem solving, and budgeting/reporting skills.
• Proficiency in Jonas Premier software.
• MS Office, Bluebeam and MS Project experience required.

Responsibilities

• Assist tendering by preparing docs, tracking submissions, and coordinating subs.
• Manage construction drawings and specs with proper naming conventions.
• Set up projects in Jonas Premier with client info, budgets, and change orders.
• Coordinate subcontracts, shop drawings, and change orders with PM.
• Prepare and distribute project handbooks to site teams.
• Support financial processes: billing, cost controls, and forecasts.
• Oversee closeout, ensure lien act compliance and final docs submission.
• Maintain organized project folders and standardized processes.
• Build relationships with sub-trades and update bidders list.
• Perform additional duties to support the project team.
