Job summary

Con-Tech General Contractors Ltd. seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead civil, industrial, infrastructure and commercial projects from pre-construction through completion. You will drive schedules, budgets, forecasting, and strong client relations in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires 5+ years of PM experience, ability to read drawings and contracts, and a proactive approach to risk and safety. Opportunities for growth and long-term Saskatchewan projects are offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of Project Management experience in construction.
• Experience in civil, industrial, municipal, or commercial construction.
• Reader of drawings, specifications and contracts; Procore experience is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage construction projects from start-up to closeout.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets and forecasting.
• Coordinate field operations with Superintendents and site teams.
• Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and procurement activities.
• Review drawings, specifications, contracts and scope requirements.

We are looking for a leader who thrives in a fast-paced construction environment and can successfully manage civil, industrial, infrastructure, and commercial projects from pre-construction through completion. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, field-oriented, safety-focused, and capable of building strong relationships with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and project teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Valid drivers license and ability to travel to project sites as required.
• PMP, Gold Seal, or construction-related certifications are considered an asset.
